SUBMISSIONS FOR REPRESENTATION
Altman Sales & Distributors requires a written submission from any company seeking representation. Information required includes an outline of the services required and a copy of your sales brochures and information. All information provided is confidential. This written submission will allow Altman Sales & Distributors to assess if we are the right broker for your organisation and ultimately expedite your time to market.
FEES
Our brokerage fees range from 10-15% of invoiced sales to wholesalers. The fee is based on a number of criteria including; complexity of product knowledge, position in market i.e. No. 1 or No. 10, time required in store, amount of advertising support for the product/range, size of the range, distribution etc.
Our distribution fees are negotiable from 30%and this includes all the field force as well as purchase of stock and handling of all the direct accounts to pharmacy.
ADMINISTRATION
Representatives transmit orders using handheld ordering devises. The data that is captured provides a number of reporting capabilities including daily sales by rep, by product, by group. All orders are transmitted electronically to wholesalers and direct supply clients daily.
CLIENT SUPPORT
As an Altman Sales & Distributors client you are expected to provide selling brochures and materials for the representatives including samples, infield training, sales budgets, co-op and deal guidelines and budgets and end of month wholesaler reports and results.
REVIEW MEETINGS
Business reviews with each client are conducted regularly to discuss sales results, issues and future direction.
We also conduct quarterly field sales meetings, which gives the client the opportunity to present to our entire staff.
